Neste manifesto visual, o artista materializa suas peles entrelaçadas em tecidos pintados e sobrepostos dentro de uma moldura, remetendo a couros esticados pelo tempo e marcados pela dor. A obra é transpassada por lanças de madeira e tubos de papelão que criam fendas e espaços vazios, uma denúncia física à perda de território de seus ancestrais Guarani Kaiowá e uma referência às perfurações ritualísticas do corpo. Essa violência histórica ressoa na estrutura do objeto, onde a terra sangra, o caçador vira caça e as cicatrizes se tornam ritos de passagem. Diante das constantes perfurações que a vida impõe, a instalação traduz a urgência da sobrevivência e a força de uma identidade que recusa o silêncio. A criação costura o corpo íntimo do artista à memória política de seu povo.
In this visual manifesto, the artist materializes his interwoven skins through painted fabrics layered within a frame, evoking hides stretched by time and marked by pain. The work is pierced by wooden spears and cardboard tubes that create openings and voids—a physical denunciation of the territorial dispossession suffered by his Guarani Kaiowá ancestors, as well as a reference to ritual body piercing practices. This historical violence reverberates throughout the structure of the object, where the earth bleeds, the hunter becomes the hunted, and scars are transformed into rites of passage. Faced with the constant wounds that life inflicts, the installation conveys the urgency of survival and the strength of an identity that refuses silence. The work stitches together the artist’s intimate body with the political memory of his people.
