In this assemblage, recyclable materials, collage, embroidery, and natural elements come together to affirm memory as a living territory. The female figure, wrapped in a red turban and adorned with cowrie shells, seeds, and a butterfly, evokes ancestry, transformation, and belonging. In dialogue with the thought of Nêgo Bispo, the work understands creation as a practice of confluence, in which each element carries histories and continues to exist in new relationships. The body is a territory of knowledge, where nature, spirituality, and identity coexist, revealing that to resist is also to preserve memories, to reforest affections, and to recognize that life grows stronger in the connections among all beings.
