Corpo Desencanto (2024) é um tríptico em pintura a óleo que articula figuras antropomórficas, geometrias e texturas em uma narrativa metalinguística de transparências e opacidades. Em diálogo com a temática das cinco peles, a obra apresenta o corpo como arquivo de controle e violências coloniais, convertendo a fragmentação pictórica em crítica à ocidentalização e ao apagamento promovidos pelo neoimperialismo capitalista. O conjunto expõe os confinamentos hegemônicos sobre a pele à imortalidade da tela — dispositivo hierarquiza humanidades.
Corpo Desencanto (2024) is a triptych in oil painting that brings together anthropomorphic figures, geometries, and textures in a metalinguistic narrative of transparencies and opacities. In dialogue with the theme of The Five Skins, the work presents the body as an archive of colonial control and violence, transforming pictorial fragmentation into a critique of Westernization and the erasure promoted by capitalist neo-imperialism. The work exposes the hegemonic confinements imposed upon the skin to the immortality of the canvas—a device that hierarchizes humanities.
