From the beach to the screen, the entire film is essentially simulation. In the images I chose to show, I turned to semi-static framings to try to convey the impressions I had in that first encounter with the place where I decided to carry out the performance. In this video performance we are before a protected, regenerating biotope which, like many other territories in the world, resists but will inevitably have to deal with widespread deterioration. The poem O Colon, written by my father, Paulo T. Bungué, is a unifying element in the film. The textuality of O Colon brings us multiple resonances through its historical and political content, deepening our perception of the body that is also space in this film.
